Opened in 2005, this elegant, contemporary hotel is located in the Avenida de Francia, one of the most modern areas in Valencia. The hotel is close to the Turia River and gardens and next to the world famous Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (the Museum of Arts and Sciences). The museum houses the most modern aquarium in Europe and is a fascinating place to explore when visiting Valencia. The hotel offers excellent access to the rest of this fascinating, beautiful city. There are also many shopping centres and leisure facilities in the area surrounding the hotel. The hotel is located in the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a complex designed by the architect Santiago Calatrava. This complex includes the Museo de la Ciencia, the Oceanografic, L'Hemisferic and the new Palacio de las Artes.

Also near the hotel are two shopping centres, Aqcua and El Saler. Just one kilometre away, in the harbour of Valencia, is the head office of America's Cup .

Malvarrosa and Las Arenas (1.5 km) – These beautiful beaches are just a short walk from the hotel.

Valencia City Centre (2 km) – The very heart of Valencia and all of its shops, museums, art galleries and beautiful buildings is within easy walking distance of the hotel.
